Leadership Opportunity in Early Childhood Education

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our team as an Assistant Director. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and their families.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices, and be able to lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality care and education.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that all aspects of the service are working together effectively.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role in early childhood education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
