About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as an Assistant Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of early childhood education and inspiring young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional leadership to a close-knit team of educators, ensuring children experience a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment.
  • Guiding and supporting educators in their professional growth and development.
  • Championing high-quality programming practices and maintaining compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent.
  • Experience as an Assistant Director (or similar) in an early childhood setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Ability to retain knowledge in child development and high-quality programming practices.
