Leadership Opportunity in Early Childhood Education

We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to support the development and implementation of a high-quality program based on service values and philosophy.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with the Centre Manager to support daily operations and administration.
  • Develop, implement, and reflect on a program that inspires educators and delivers exceptional care.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure a positive and empowering workplace environment.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Education or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role in an early childhood service or minimum 5 years' experience working in an early childhood service.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with staff, children, and families.
