Senior CALD Services Program Manager

We are seeking a senior professional to lead our programs and services supporting culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities.
This role requires strategic leadership, program oversight, staff management, community engagement, stakeholder collaboration, risk management, and compliance with funding body requirements.
About the Role- Program Leadership: Lead and manage the delivery of government and partner-funded programs to ensure quality outcomes.
- Staff Development: Supervise, mentor, and develop team leaders to build capability and maintain strong performance.
- Community Engagement: Strengthen connections with CALD communities to ensure services are culturally safe and responsive.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and implement strategies to mitigate risks in service delivery.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience in program leadership within the health, community, or social services sector.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or other relevant fields.
- Essential Criteria: Current Australian Driver's Licence; Child Safe Environment Training; Work with Children Check.
