Job Title: Corporate Culture and Engagement LeaderRole Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Culture and Engagement Leader to drive employee engagement, enhance retention, and deliver impactful people initiatives in our corporate office.

This generalist HR role requires strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present face-to-face with large groups.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced, large-scale workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with operational leaders to ensure compliance with People and Culture policies
  • Lead retention strategies and support employee development
  • Provide ER/IR support, including grievances, complaints, and investigations
  • Drive employee recognition and performance initiatives
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships and deliver HR guidance
  • Champion employee engagement and workplace morale
Requirements
  • MInimum 3 years' HR generalist experience in a fast-paced, large-scale workforce
  • Proven experience managing a diverse workforce in a regulated environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to present and train face-to-face with large groups
  • A proactive, people-first mindset with a passion for building culture
