The role of an Organisational Development Manager is crucial in driving employee engagement, workforce performance and culture.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Director, People, Culture and Resilience to lead a team in implementing an organisational-wide program. This program will focus on diversity, equity and inclusion, learning & development and culture and engagement using evidence-based approaches.

Key requirements for this role include a tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Business, Psychology or Change Management. Formal accreditation in Prosci, Hogans or other psychometric / change assessment tools is also desirable.
