Strategic Business Intelligence Lead

We are seeking a high-achieving professional to join our team as a Strategic Business Intelligence Lead. In this role, you will lead analysts in delivering impactful insights and transforming data into a powerful strategic asset.

As a Strategic Business Intelligence Lead, you will partner with stakeholders across Sales, Stores, and wider Trade functions to enable smarter, data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Define and deliver the analytics roadmap in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance standards are consistently applied.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in business intelligence or data analytics, including leadership experience.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and dimensional modeling.
  • Experience in retail, store operations, or supply chain.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
