We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Sharon Bennie Specialist Property Recruitment. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming front office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the front office, including greeting visitors and ordering office supplies
  • Provide sales administration support, including compliance documentation and preparing listing and OFI kits
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including coordinating photography and floor plans
  • Collate contributions for weekly and monthly meetings and distribute agendas and minutes
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers
  • Manage databases and information
Requirements
  • Experience in real estate administration or a related field
  • Certificate of Registration or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Local to the East or willing to commute
