About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Behaviour Management Specialist to lead our Student Engagement - Behaviour program.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. As the Senior Behaviour Management Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing intervention programs that provide targeted behaviour support to student groups across all secondary schooling year levels.

You will also lead the strategic roll-out of professional development including the Essential Skills of Classroom Management, equip all staff with practical strategies to manage concerning behaviours.

The ideal candidate will have experience in behaviour management, classroom teaching, and leadership roles. They will be able to drive positive behaviour within the school setting, nurture positive relationships between students, teachers and the community.

Your Key Responsibilities:
