Behaviour Change Specialist

In this position, you will work with NDIS participants of all ages, conducting comprehensive Functional Behaviour Assessments and designing person-centred Behaviour Support Plans that drive meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders.
- Conduct FBAs to identify underlying needs.
- Design and implement behaviour support plans.
- Provide education and training to carers and support teams.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines by reducing restrictive practices.
- Collect and analyse data to monitor progress.
We are seeking a talented clinician who holds a relevant degree, has experience in community settings, and is endorsed as 'Core' or above against the PBS Capability Framework.
