Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. This is a pivotal role, working closely with senior management to drive financial performance and deliver accurate, insightful reporting to support strategic decision-making.

About the Role

This position involves leading the company's financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory compliance functions. You will also be responsible for managing core operational finance functions, including Accounts Payable, Payroll, and month-end reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial planning, analysis, and forecasting to support business strategy
  • Prepare budgets and consolidate regular financial reporting
  • Manage cash flow, debt, and taxation requirements
  • Deliver accurate month-end financials
  • Support ERP system utilisation and future upgrades
  • Drive cost control initiatives and continuous improvement in finance operations
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal reporting requirements
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies
About You
  • Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Proven experience in a similar financial leadership role
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of statutory requirements
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and prioritise effectively
