Job Title: Financial Controller

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, incorporating key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Provide high-level financial guidance to senior management, focusing on data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage core operational finance functions, including accounts payable, payroll, and month-end reporting.
  • Oversee cash flow, debt, and taxation requirements, ensuring statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage budgets, providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Lead teams in delivering accurate financial reports, leveraging ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless compliance.
About You:
  • CA or CPA qualified, with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar financial leadership role, preferably within a listed company.
  • Excellent technical knowledge, proficiency in ERP systems (MYOB), and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively.
