Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans to optimize business performance
  • Prepare accurate and timely budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Manage cash flow, debt, and taxation requirements with precision and efficiency
  • Deliver high-quality month-end financials, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
  • Maximize ERP system utilization and ensure seamless integration with future upgrades (preferably MYOB)
  • Implement cost control initiatives and continuous improvement in finance operations
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies
  • Provide insightful financial guidance to senior management and the board
About You:
  • Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Proven experience in a similar financial leadership role, preferably within a dynamic company
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of statutory requirements
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably MYOB) and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and manage competing deadlines
  • A proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement
