As a seasoned dental professional, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Dentist to join our practice.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 5 associate dentists, 2 hygienists, and a practice manager. With a loyal patient base of over 30 years, this is an exceptional opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Job Description
  • Motivate and empower the team to deliver exceptional care and service.
  • Work closely with the practice manager to develop and implement clinical strategies that drive excellence in patient outcomes.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience working as a dentist in Australia, with high clinical standards and excellent communication skills.
  • Previous leadership and mentoring experience (desired).
  • Experience with CEREC, implants, Invisalign, surgicals, and GA lists.
  • Current unconditional AHPRA registration.
  • Appropriate qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia.
  • Current professional indemnity insurance.
