Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated finance professional to join our team as an Accounts Officer.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on key responsibilities in accounts administration, including:

Key Responsibilities
  • General office administration and assistance with answering incoming calls
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Issuing invoices and maintaining debt ledgers
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven skills in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit control
  • Familiarity with Xero is highly desirable
  • A strong work ethic and desire to succeed in your career
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
