Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Finance Specialist to play a key role in business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for the origination of loans from initial inquiry to settlement, preparing high-quality credit submission papers with thorough financial and risk analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Credit Analysis: Assist in loan origination, prepare credit submission papers, and conduct financial modelling to assess client income and affordability.
  • Business Development: Identify transaction opportunities, generate leads, and cultivate relationships with professionals and stakeholders.
  • Administration: Manage databases, complete administrative tasks, and track existing transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Commerce or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in real estate banking and finance roles.
  • Strong understanding of development finance and construction processes.
  • Ability to review, analyse, and structure commercial development and investment loans.
