Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our community healthcare team and support vulnerable clients in their homes.

This role offers a unique blend of autonomy and teamwork, as you will be visiting clients in their homes and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide home-based care services to clients in the community
  • Assist with personal care, light domestic duties, and social support
  • Support clients to attend important appointments
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses and other health professionals
  • Recognise changes in client condition and respond appropriately
  • Travel across the community to visit clients (requires NSW Driver's Licence)

Requirements:

  • Current Authority to Practice as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to travel for work
