Professional in Child Safety

We are currently seeking a professional to join our team as a Child Protection Caseworker in NSW.
This role involves responding to reports of safety concerns surrounding children or young people who may have been harmed. The successful candidate will be responsible for working sensitively and respectfully with parents, family members, children or young people to develop safety plans and address welfare concerns.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other agencies. They should also be confident, curious and resilient, with a strong desire to make a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families.
Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing safety plans in consultation with clients and stakeholders.
- Providing support and guidance to parents and carers to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
- Collaborating with other professionals to identify and respond to child protection issues.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Social Science or a related field.
- Relevant practical experience in child protection or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary range from $89,934 to $116,969 per annum.
