Are you a recent graduate looking to launch your career as a Dietitian and make a real impact on the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities? In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience delivering dietetic services to clients while being supported to develop your skills and grow as a professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver dietetic assessments and interventions using IDNT and ADIME processes, developing comprehensive care plans for referred clients.
  • Operate within your scope of practice under the guidance of Dietitians Australia (DA) standards, with opportunities for mentoring and professional growth.
  • Manage a caseload of individual and group clients, learning to handle more complex cases with the support of senior health professionals.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to program planning and integrated service delivery.
  • Provide dietetic education, information, and resources to support HealthWISE programs, activities, and community health events.
  • Build partnerships with Aboriginal Health services and community groups, ensuring culturally appropriate health communication and education.
  • Participate in team meetings, benefit from networking opportunities, and engage in ongoing professional development.
  • Contribute to HealthWISE's goals by identifying new opportunities for program development and service innovation.
