Job Title: Senior Growth Developer

About the Position:

We're seeking a talented software engineer to spearhead growth efforts, leveraging new technologies and data to inform decision-making. The ideal candidate will be a strong developer with expertise in full-stack development and backend technologies such as Node.js and Python.

Proficiency in application development technologies including Web, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL is highly desirable. We're looking for someone who can lead conceptualization, design, and implementation of technology solutions aimed at accelerating product growth.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver impactful solutions that contribute to the overall growth strategy.

Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from initial design and implementation to testing, deployment, and maintenance of infrastructure solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record in leading growth engineering efforts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience driving operational efficiency improvements through solution delivery.
  • Expertise in data-driven optimization, including database management and data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with conducting experiments and A/B testing to evaluate effectiveness.
