Job Description

We are seeking committed professionals to provide support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, and/or dual diagnosis in a variety of settings. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement personalized plans, promote independence, and enhance their overall quality of life.

About the Role:

  • Provide residential and in-home support to clients
  • Assist with skill development and daily living tasks
  • Facilitate community access and participation
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ensure adherence to routines, protocols, and safety guidelines

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Disability Studies (mandatory)
  • NDIS Worker Clearance Certificate (willing to obtain prior to employment)
  • Completed NDIS Worker Induction Module - Quality, Safety & You
  • Infection Control Training - COVID-19 Certificate
  • Current NSW Working With Children Check
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check number
  • Current National Police Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • NSW Drivers License and reliable vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance
  • Evidence of 3 doses COVID-19 vaccination
  • Minimum six months experience in Residential Support gained in Australia
  • 100 points of ID (certified copies)
  • The right to work in Australia
