About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to clients to achieve their goals and outcomes.">
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.">
  • Monitor and report changes in client health and wellbeing to relevant health professionals and management.">
  • Administer medication as prescribed and maintain accurate records.">
  • Accompany clients to appointments, social activities, and community events.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and carers.">
  • Experience working with people with disabilities and/or mental health conditions.">
  • Manual handling and first aid skills.">
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other support workers, health professionals, and family members.">
