Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our school's facilities, including classrooms, canteens, general entrances, and amenities. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and excellent teamwork skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and spot cleaning
  • Maintaining the upkeep of facilities, including repairs and replacements as needed
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve set goals and meet contractual agreements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience in a similar position or industry
  • A current working-with-children blue card or ability to obtain one
  • The ability to satisfy medical and police check requirements
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm
  • Residency within the greater Ipswich area
