This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized professional to take on the role of Facilities Administrator. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage fluctuating workloads with a positive approach, and has excellent administrative skills.
The ideal candidate will provide hands-on support across various tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within facilities departments. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate maintenance records, assisting with planned and unplanned works, and supporting teams with document management.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to facility managers
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Assist with planned and unplanned works, liaising with contractors and suppliers
- Support teams with document management and training administration
- Manage safety equipment registers and purchasing
- Strong administrative experience, ideally within a facilities or similar environment
- Excellent IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- A proactive, team-spirited attitude and ability to prioritize under pressure
