Job Summary

This role involves selling cloud security and enterprise cybersecurity solutions to mid-size organizations. You will be responsible for generating revenue directly through outbound calling, selling new or additional products to existing customers, and indirectly through our network of channel partners.

  • Develop a Trend Micro business within an assigned quota-bearing territory with emphasis on revenue generation to new organizations and on new sales to existing Trend Micro customers.
  • Research companies for cloud security & enterprise cybersecurity opportunities.
  • Tele-profile existing leads and contacts to understand customers' pain points and requirements for cloud security solutions.
  • Convert these leads into opportunities and drive them to closure independently.
  • Create higher value leads resulting in higher conversion rates through nurture efforts.
  • You will have full control over the accounts you're assigned to and hone your sales skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A proven track record in an outbound sales role in a B2B environment.
  • Fluent verbal and written communications skills in English.
  • The ability to listen to customers, understand their needs, and ask clarifying/probing questions to bring the conversation forward.
  • The ability to translate complex technology into easy-to-understand business language.
  • Persistence and proactivity in following up with customers.
  • Time management skills juggling multiple customer conversations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and the discipline to track all leads in the system.
