Job Title: Prosthesis Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our Prosthesis Supply Team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient supply of prosthetic devices to meet operational demands.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector. You will work closely with our team to develop effective controls for inventory management, ensuring timely and accurate recording of usage and replenishment of stock.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safe and timely supply of prosthetic devices to operational and theatre staff.
  • Work closely with the Patient Revenue Team to ensure accurate invoicing of prosthetic items to health funds.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of items used in surgery.
  • Establish robust processes and controls to minimize revenue leakage and stock loss.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders (theatre staff and doctors).
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience, ideally 2+ years working in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience working with prosthetics is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology.
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment and to meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge and experience with a large ERP system (e.g. TechOne).
