Job Title: Data Insights Strategist

This role is at the heart of driving growth through smart, actionable insights. We're seeking a Data Insights Strategist to partner closely with B2B Marketing teams to measure and report on progress toward revenue and growth goals.

  • Act as a strategic thought partner in identifying opportunities, measuring impact, and shaping the B2B marketing roadmap.
  • Design measurement frameworks that track marketing performance, lead conversion, and pipeline health.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SQL and data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift. Proficiency in Python or R and knowledge of attribution modeling or marketing impact evaluation are also required.

You'll collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Analytics Engineering, and Product to ensure data is accurate, connected, and decision-ready.

About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled Data Insights Strategist to help us drive business growth through data-driven decision making. As a key member of our Global Marketing Research & Data team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive measurement frameworks to track marketing performance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data warehouse management systems.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
