Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer and product support across capital equipment and aftermarket wear solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and elevating the standards of our customer-facing and sales teams, while identifying and acting on new marketing opportunities to support business growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through both onsite and workshop-based interactions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow existing accounts, initiate new business, and drive sales through individual and team efforts.
  • Conduct site inspections, providing technical advice to enhance product performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers while pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and prepare high-quality correspondence and reports.
  • Commit to zero harm behaviours and support the development of a world-class safety culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in heavy industry, particularly underground or surface mining, with a strong understanding of Ground Engaging Tools (GET) products.
  • Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, commitment to quality, safety, and ethical standards.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in computer use, including basic data entry.
