Aviation Training and Infrastructure Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop RFS aviation training programs and airbase infrastructure.

The role is responsible for the development, coordination, and delivery of RFS airborne and ground related Aviation Training Programs, ensuring compliance with ASQA standards, and the development, enhancement, and oversight of RFS airbase infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, design, deliver, and coordinate aviation related training packages and ensure alignment to ASQA standards.
  2. Manage complex training programs involving the use of aviation and virtual reality training.
  3. Develop and manage airbase infrastructure.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in developing, designing, delivering, and coordinating aviation related training packages.
  2. Ability to manage complex training programs involving aviation and virtual reality training.
  3. Experience in developing and managing airbase infrastructure.
