Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support network, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support in their own homes.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of home care services, supporting individuals of all ages across various regions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with personal care tasks, including showering, grooming, toileting, and other essential activities
  • Preparing meals, assisting with medication, and performing domestic assistance and general housekeeping tasks
  • Offering social support and encouragement to maintain client independence and participation in daily life

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (highly desirable)
  • A minimum of 3 months' relevant care worker experience (for those with a relevant Certificate) or 6+ months' experience for those without (FTE)
  • Experience working in a home care or community setting (highly desirable)
  • A valid Driver's License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle that is properly insured and maintained
  • The ability to work autonomously, referring to a digital schedule and care plan via a mobile app
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
