We are seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join our Aged Care Team. Our busiest period of care delivery is between Monday-Friday, 7:00am-6:00pm.
- Deliver exceptional care and support to clients in their own homes through personalized service and attention.
- Provide personal care tasks such as showering, grooming, toileting, and other support like medication assistance, meal preparation, domestic assistance/general housekeeping tasks, and social support in the community.
- Follow a predetermined schedule, travelling from home to home to provide comprehensive care services.
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, HACC, Disability (highly desirable).
- A valid Drivers' License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills.
- Deliver personal care tasks for clients, including medication assistance, meal preparation, and domestic assistance.
- Support clients with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
- Utilize digital schedules and care plans autonomously via mobile app technology.
