Job Title: Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team.

This is an opportunity to work as a Registered Nurse in the community, providing care to clients with chronic diseases, wounds, and catheter needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide optimum standard of care to clients using exceptional clinical assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage chronic diseases, wounds, and catheter care for clients in their own homes.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve positive health outcomes.
About You:
  • Wound Care Expertise: Strong experience in wound management, including debridement, dressing changes, and pressure ulcer prevention.
  • Clinical Assessment Skills: Advanced clinical assessment skills in chronic disease management, including hypertension, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.
  • Nursing Qualifications: 2+ years post-graduate experience in general nursing, with a focus on community health.
  • Registration: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), with zero notations.
  • Patient-Centric Approach: Compassion, enthusiasm, and a friendly approach when interacting with clients and their families.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Transportation: A current Australian driver's licence, with access to a vehicle for travel between client visits.
