Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.

- Build and implement e-commerce strategies to boost B2C traffic and conversions.

- Collaborate with Big Ass Fans' global marketing teams to align on brand strategy and drive innovation.
The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. They will have a proven track record in B2B and B2C marketing, including lead generation and account-based marketing, as well as extensive expertise in e-commerce strategy development and execution. A strong background in omnichannel marketing and data-driven optimisation is essential, along with a passion for innovation.
Experience working with premium brands will be highly valued, as will the ability to drive both customer acquisition and retention in dynamic, fast-paced environments. You'll need to have a thorough understanding of working in a sales-based business, including supporting sales initiatives and teams through LAM, voice of customer campaigns, and trade-shows.
