Investment Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving insights that shape investment decisions and enhance fund performance.

The company represents a high-growth, innovative property developer and investor with integrated expertise across development, design, construction, and investment management. With a growing pool of assets under management, they are expanding and seeking to appoint an Investment Analyst to join the team.

The Opportunity

As a key member of the Investment Management team, the Investment Analyst will undertake a range of investment and asset management activities with a focus on:

  • Undertaking market research and intelligence gathering to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Conducting forecasting and financial modelling to assess fund, asset, and portfolio performance.
  • Supporting investment decision-making through scenario analysis and transaction support.
  • Enhancing investor and portfolio reporting platforms.
  • Partnering with Asset, Fund, and Transactions Managers to deliver actionable insights.
Required Skills and Experience

Tertiary qualified with approximately 2–4 years of experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and brings analytical rigour and commercial thinking. Experience may have been gained within corporate finance at a professional services firm or within an investment manager, advisor, or real assets developer. The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to research, interpret, and forecast market and economic trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and demonstrate a proactive, resourceful, and collaborative mindset.
