**Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Stock/Replenishment Assistant to join our luxury Coach Outlet store in Harbour Town. You will play a crucial role in maintaining optimal stock levels, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers, and supporting the overall efficiency of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the timely and accurate replenishment of stock to the sales floor, ensuring high-demand items are readily available for customers.
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies, overstock, or shortages to the Stock Manager, contributing to the efficient management of the store's inventory.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure product availability and assist in retrieving merchandise for customers as needed.
- Assist in regular stock checks and audits, ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with store policies.
- Help maintain and organize merchandise displays in accordance with brand guidelines, ensuring a visually appealing and accessible store layout.

**Skills and attributes**:

- Previous experience in stock replenishment or inventory management, ideally within luxury retail or fashion, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
