Administrative Assistant - Legal

You will be a key member of our team, working closely with legal operatives and executives to provide administrative support across a diverse range of tasks.

As an Administrative Assistant, your role will involve:

  • Providing operational support to legal operatives, adapting to changing needs of the business.
  • Generating reports, managing expenses, and amending documents.
  • Supporting client relationship management software, recording business development activities, maintaining contact records, and assisting with project management.
  • Providing administrative support with pitches and coordinating events.
  • Setting up and coordinating new clients and matters using matter planning tools.
  • Assisting with matter financials, creating and amending billing narratives, and drafting/finalising bills.

You will work in a hybrid environment, spending 60% of your time in the office, with flexibility to accommodate your work-life commitments. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our firm.
