Operational Technology Cybersecurity Director

About the Role- Develop and implement comprehensive OT cybersecurity strategies, aligned with industry best practices and governance frameworks.
- Lead a national OT cybersecurity team, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to ensure high-performing teams and individual contributors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks to OT systems, ensuring business continuity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- A proven track record of success in OT/ICS cybersecurity functions, with experience in critical infrastructure or industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of relevant frameworks and standards (AESCSF, SOCI Act, IEC 27001, IEC 62443).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and embed security culture across the organization.
