The Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring a great customer experience for riders and compliance with council and Government requirements. This involves creating daily goals and strategies for the Operations team to follow.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing direct reports within an Operations team. Any experience or exposure to the mobility, transit, logistics or tech start-up space is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing basic administrative tasks, such as shift scheduling, rostering and staff deployment planning.
  • Deploying, rebalancing and returning e-scooters to designated parking stations.
  • Ensuring the timely deployment of mobility devices at designated stations to support consumer demand.
  • Conducting analysis of city performance to constantly optimise the level of service provided to the community and improve business outcomes.
  • Managing the city's revenue and costs to ensure sustainable business growth.
