As a senior leader, you'll foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture aligned with our values and objectives. You'll drive leading practice in strategic planning, provide operational advice, and work collaboratively as part of our Senior Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving Strategic Planning Initiatives: Support the growth and sustainability of our city by driving strategic planning initiatives.
  • Providing Strategic and Operational Advice: Provide strategic and operational advice to Council and Executive Management.
  • Developing External Networks: Develop external networks and represent the Council as a regional leader.
  • Fostering a High-Performance Culture: Lead a high-performance culture that aligns with our organisation's values.
