Accounts Payable Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, coding, and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
  • Manage the entire accounts payable process from receipt of invoices to payment clearance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • AP or Assistant Accountant background with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
