Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled financial professional to manage our business operations, with exceptional customer service skills and negotiation abilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage debt for our sales channels nationally, focusing on timely payments for overdue invoices.
  • Liaise with customers via email or phone in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve issues and reconcile payment discrepancies.
  • Identify disputes with customers and escalate to relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships.
  • Work autonomously with support provided when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, handling large volumes of overdue customers.
  • High attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and intermediate Excel knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation experience.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
