As a key player in our financial operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our accounts payable functions. This involves reconciling vendor accounts, processing and coding invoices, and ensuring timely payment of invoices.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in high-volume and multi-site accounts payable environments. They will possess strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex financial data and overlapping priorities while maintaining accuracy.

This role requires solid understanding of accounting principles and best practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and work effectively as part of a broader team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and code invoices
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve any payment queries
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
