Job Description: Senior Change Lead

The Senior Change Lead will be at the forefront of leading cross-functional change for the lines of business within our matrix operating model organisation. This role requires strong leadership and facilitation skills to drive significant cross-functional improvement and engagement initiatives.

You will work closely with senior leadership teams to lead the change journey for people and be part of a talented team of professionals refining and enhancing business processes and ways of working. Key Responsibilities:
