Transaction Banking Specialist Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and collaborating on working capital solutions for new to bank customers within Commercial. This role requires strong communication skills, ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, and solid negotiating and influencing skills.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading and collaborating in working capital solutions for new to bank customers
  • Driving customer-centric outcomes by ensuring complete needs analysis and appropriate solutions development
  • Preparing and presenting high-quality pitch documents to new to bank clients
  • Supporting new to bank customers migration to digital channels at the outset as well as providing cyber security education
  • Maintaining focus and uplift by undertaking regular Transaction Banking Reviews and Working Capital Analysis packs to drive portfolio growth objectives

Additional requirements for this role include:

  • Strong understanding of Transaction Banking Solutions and Sales requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy and client focus
  • Ability to work autonomously, work with a team and solve problems quickly
  • Solid negotiating and influencing skills, strong presentation skills
