Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Identity Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving client security posture by delivering critical Digital Identity solutions and outcomes.

The role involves leading small projects or being part of large engagements, supporting senior digital identity specialists, and empowering digital identity analysts to perform at their maximum potential.

About the Role:
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of the Tesserent Cyber 360 strategy and its alignment to client needs to drive opportunities and deliver multi-service engagements.
  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients by using in-depth consulting experience in security technology, Digital Identity, and end-to-end project delivery.
  • Ensure performance objectives are defined for each digital identity analyst within the team, including establishing KPIs, personal development plans, and training needs.
  • Work across diverse teams to understand individual strengths, weaknesses, and motivations.
  • Ensure company Digital Identity projects and assessments are compliant with industry-recognized security standards as applicable, such as NIST SP 800-63.
  • Perform various Digital Identity services, including Digital Identity Architecture and Design for Customer IAM and Workforce IAM, Cloud Digital Identity (AWS, Azure, Google, Ping Identity, Okta), and providing quality reports for clients describing findings, outlining risk levels, compliance maturity, and recommendations for remediation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP Cloud Platforms and Cloud Digital Identity technologies.
  • Ability to apply best practice frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, ASD Essential Eight.
  • Ability to apply best practice technology frameworks, such as CIS benchmarks for AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Ability to develop and use company methodologies to provide effective Digital Identity advice and services.
  • Ability to articulate business implications and risks related to the business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain concepts.
