About the Role:- Manage multiple Data Centre projects from concept through to handover, ensuring they meet client expectations, timeframes, and specifications.
- Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Project Controllers, fostering 'on the job' professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with regional industry leaders to report on project progress and build strong relationships with clients.
- Deliver projects that exceed client expectations, managing scope, risk, financials, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering data centre projects across the full lifecycle, with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to lead and grow a team of emerging Data Centre Project Managers, sharing skills and insights gained from experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and negotiate effectively.
- Project Management qualifications or experience, ideally with a background in construction.
