Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned operations professional to lead our asset performance initiatives across Australia.
This strategic role drives operational excellence, consistency, and collaboration with the business to deliver commercial, regulatory, and service level outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement standardised operating procedures aligned with global best practices and local market conditions.
- Cultivate operational excellence through coaching, training, and oversight of site-based and regional teams.
- Maintain compliance with tenancy laws, health and safety regulations, and internal controls.
- SUPPORT NEW COMMUNITY INTEGRATION BY ENSURING OPERATIONAL READINESS AND ALIGNMENT WITH OUR SYSTEMS AND POLICIES.
- Collaborate on process improvement, platform enhancements, and service optimisation across Systems, Learning & Development, and Asset Management teams.
We're looking for a proven operator who excels in dynamic settings and understands operational levers that drive asset performance and resident satisfaction.
- 5+ years of experience in residential leasing, property operations, sales, or student accommodation.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and change implementation.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a keen eye for operational performance.
- In-depth knowledge of landlord/tenant legislation and H&S compliance.
- A collaborative working style, with exceptional communication skills.
