Patient Services Director

GenesisCare is seeking an experienced Patient Services Director to lead the Oncology practice team. This role offers a challenging opportunity for someone looking to take on leadership responsibilities and gain management skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing teams and providing high-quality customer service in a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of medical administration and billing processes, including Medicare and private health funds, is also essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and supervision of the patient services team, as well as driving change strategies across the practice through data analysis and effective leadership. A strong understanding of the patient registration and billing systems is required, including the ability to assist with patient accounts and finance functions.
This is a permanent full-time position working Monday-Friday, with occasional evening work to 7pm. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $90,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and supervision to the patient services team

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
