Lead the Professional Leadership and Direction of Nursing and Midwifery Services
As the Director of Nursing and Midwifery Operations, you will be responsible for the professional leadership and direction of nursing and midwifery services within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. You will lead the operational management of Nurse Education and Simulation teams, ensuring high-quality patient-centered nursing and midwifery care and services that meet professional practice standards.

Reporting Line The Director of Nursing and Midwifery Operations reports to the Chief Executive
Eligible Applicants Eligible applicants who move to Queensland from an interstate or international jurisdiction to take up permanent or temporary greater than 12 months employment may receive up to $20,000 incentive payments under the Queensland Health Workforce Attraction Scheme
Remuneration You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $285,068 p.a., comprising salary of $249,849 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 13(2)) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.) (Applications will remain current for 12 months)
