Director of Nursing and Midwifery Services Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as the Executive Director of Nursing and Midwifery Services, responsible for providing professional leadership and direction to nursing and midwifery services within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service.
This is a permanent full-time position (76 hours p.f.) based in Bundaberg, Maryborough, or Hervey Bay. You will receive a competitive remuneration package valued up to $285,068 p.a., comprising salary of $249,849 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%), and annual leave loading (17.5%).
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered nursing and midwifery care and services that meet professional practice standards. They will also lead the operational management of Nurse Education and Simulation teams.
